Our Menu

Start off your evening with a bubbly glass of Moët & Chandon and a paired amuse-bouche of French tomatoes. Then, set off on your 4-course prix fixe dinner – complete with course-by-course pairings to highlight the flavours of the night.

Your first course includes Fresh Burrata with a delicate Rosé, before proceeding with Poached Trout and Stuffed Monkfish – paired with an award-winning Chardonnay and Malbec, respectively.

Finally, wrap it up with Beef Ragout and an impressive high-scoring Cabernet Sauvignon.
