Be welcomed by a glass of bubbly Spumante to start the relaxing evening soiree. 

Starters
Steamed Effingham Oysters will be served with a delicate Pinot Grigio as your first pairing. Next, our homemade Cold Smoked Trout – bold, smokey and briny – goes wonderfully with a fruity glass of Merlot. 

Mains
GFM’s famous fresh, melt-in-your-mouth Gindara is served with yet another red – Valpolicella. Mains are wrapped up with a decadent Wagyu Striploin and a bold Amarone to match. 

Desserts
Close the night with a Fried Date Benet and, the star of the night – Fracastoro Amarone della Calpolicella Classico Riserva 2011, Villabella.
